Transnistria is a small independent country located in south-eastern
Europe, bordering Moldova and Ukraine. The official name of the State is
the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, acronym PMR, also known as
Transdniester. In the Russian language Transnistria is known as
Pridnestrovie.On 12th of April 1944, the Soviet Red Army liberated the capital city of Tiraspol. Each year a parade takes place on the memory of April 1944 events. The photo was taken on the 12th of April 2019 in Tiraspol, Pridnestrovie.
